I have been going to Hillside for the last 4 years following my hair transplant ( this is my second review with same top star feedback) , I can honestly say the after service is just as fantastic at the surgery itself. The moment I walked in and met Dr Ali, you could tell he cares about you as a person, and this certinally filters through to his team , for me, on my personal experience , Hillside do not try the hard sell but and advise on treatment you need with no pressure . Sami, who has been doing post treatment prp hair and facial for the last few years , has fantastic experience and knowledge and puts you so at ease during your treatment., she also has fantastic knowlage on key suppliment advice some of which I have used to great effect . I live in Leeds and travel to Nottingham for the aftercare . It would be so easy to go local,but as Hillside has such a fantastic team that makes you feel so welcome , relaxed, and at ease, I really don't mind the commute it well worth it knowing you re in safe honest hands .Thank you, Hillside

I was very nervous, Dr Good and his lovely nurse assistant made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and she made drinks accompanied with biscuits which was a nice touch.The actual vein treatments were a success and a massive improvement. I had my surgery yesterday and just wanted to thank my surgeon Dr Aiste Audickaite she was amazing along with her assistant. They made me feel very welcome always making sure I was OK through out the day and kept me reassured. I would highly recommend Dr Asite if anyone was thinking of having this surgery. It took me a good while to find the right place to have my surgery but now its done I couldn't be happier with the results. Even had a message today 24,08,23 asking if I was OK and if everything is alright which goes a long way. Highly recommend

7 days post FUE currently. I was very nervous prior to the procedure due to an irrational fear of needles, despite having been reassured by Dr Kunnure that it's over very quickly and is painless. I was greeted by Brandon who was the technician for the procedure and while he was prepping, had a chat with Dr Kunnure who drew the new hairline and talked me through the procedure. I can honestly say, both Dr Kunnure and Brandon were absolutely second to none throughout the entire procedure. The procedure was painless, comfortable and as a team they were extremely friendly and professionalIt took a lot of research and years of contemplating to finally decide to get the procedure done and where to go, but I couldn't be happier with the procedure on the day and the aftercare up until now, Saffia has been nothing short of fantastic in answering any questions I've had and checks in every few days to make sure all is well.Still a way to go until the final results so will update this review once we're there but I know reviews played a big part in my decision making so here's hoping this helps anyone who's currently deciding which clinic to use. Huge thank you to Dr Kunnure, Brandon, Saffia and the rest of the team at HHC 😁

I’m a month on from my procedure and I couldn’t be any happier. From day one meeting Kevin in Bristol, he was very helpful and very knowledgable. Put me at ease for what I was after. We then booked a date for procedure but I had to change due to a wedding. But that wasn’t a problem and managed to fit me in a month later. Overall from setting up finance to dealing with the whole team in Nottingham they were very helpful and kind. At arrival at the clinic on the day of procedure. All staff were very inviting and kind. That followed through the whole day. I arrived at lunch time and all was set to get going and start extraction of the hair as the new hair line was agreed and drawn. I was very happy with the surgeon as he explained everything very thoroughly as to what and why he was doing everything. We had a small break between extraction and implant which lunch was all prepared for me. All the small things have been thought of. The whole process is smooth, professional and mainly pain free. At multiple times I was asked if I was comfortable and ok. This is a simple thing but for people having this procedure and someone who has been worrying about it for months makes a huge difference. They do this every day but still have the thought for customer and patient care first. Would one hundred percent recommend HHC and if anyone is thinking about having treatment done don’t hold back get in touch. I’m a month in and I’m already happier with my hair line. It really does change your confidence within yourself. Very very happy. Looking forward to months and months of hair growth from my new hairline.

Unfortunately I'm only able to rate my experience 3 stars - hair transplant procedure done July 4th 2022.The staff are very friendly and I believe the procedure on the day was done professionally to a high standard, however I have had low density in my results, no feedback on my results & a painful procedure.My results at 12 months look as though I have diffused thinning and is lacking in density on the hairline.I have contacted the clinic on multiple occasions, at 8 months post hair transplant, 9 months, & at 12 months, with photos asking for further feedback & advice on another procedure to increase density, however I have had no response to my requests.The procedure itself was done using the DHI Choi pen technique which involved using a device that is placed into the incisions on the scalp to place the hair grafts more securely. I found the technique to be painful and even more so near the end due to the long length of the procedure.

I was informed that a hair transplant was not for me as I don’t have the amount of donation hair I need to achieve the affect I wanted.They did give me other alternatives to look into though. It would have been so easy for them to take my money but they were extremely honest about things. Would definitely recommend if anyone was thinking of having a hair transplant

The patient care at HHC is outstanding.The process I went through was very thorough, with multiple meetings prior to any surgery.The staff were detailed in their questioning and in their explanations as to what would and could happen pre, during and post surgery.I was left feeling in control and that money was not their imperative.In the end, I decided not to have the procedure at this time. The staff could not have been more supportive when I informed them of my choice.Their commitment to a patient-oriented service is the best I have known in this sector.

I’d been wanting a hair transplant for a while and was recommended to these from a friend, decided to take the plunge and haven’t regretted it at all, waiting for the hair to grow to a full head yet but the outline of my new hairline looks fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone thinking of taking the plunge and going for it like I did! Just want to say a massive thank you to the team at HHCI spent a huge 9 years researching the Fue procedure and clinics, both home and abroad. I can say with confidence my research paid off.From my initial consultation with Dr Ali, to my procedure with Dr Kannure the whole process left me eternally grateful.My first impressions were how spotless the clinic is, how the staff are able, somehow to put patients at ease. Even when we are at our most vulnerable. They get it.The day of the procedure I was terrified, not sure what to expect. However my mind was put at ease immediately, a few injections and I can honestly say it was painless. In fact I spent most of the time watching Friends on Netflix while dr Kannure performed his work.I’m only 2 weeks post Fue so too early to talk about results, but I’m stunned to see all the new hairs growing. I do, of course understand these may well go into a rest phase. But it has shown me how the new hairline will be and it’s more than I could have expected.Finally I just have to mention Saffia. The level of care, pre and post procedure was unique. Saffia still contacts me every few days checking in, this lady is passionate and at the top of her game. She is the best and I can’t thank her enough really.I would have no hesitation in recommending HHC, they change lives

I hate having to leave a bad review, but in this instance, feel like there is no option, so other people know what to expect from HHC Stapleford.Pre-Treatment:The consultation with Kevin was good, although the link for the video conferencing wouldn't work, so we had to chat via WhatsApp.He explained briefly how the procedure would work, and what results to expect.Treatment Day:The clinic was clean and professional on first appearance, with the reception staff pleasant and polite.Unfortunately there were no theatre gowns to fit me (they only go up to XL), so I had to wear something the wrong way round, which was uncomfortable throughout the day, and was embarrassing.The WC is tiny, and you almost touch your shoulders on each wall as you walk in, so trying to get changed, or use the loo is a struggle.The technicians arrived first, and although polite, were not in the mood for a chat, and were quite reluctant to engage in conversation.The surgeon arrived an hour after I did, and we decided on a new hairline.The procedure itself is very uncomfortable, having to lie on your front for 90 minutes, and anaesthetic injections into the scalp while taking donor follicles.But it got worse when the follicles were transplanted, as the anaesthetic wore off, and although I asked for more, was refused by the technician, meaning the final 45 minutes of the procedure was absolute agony.So much, that when it was all done, and I got in the car to be taken home, I was in shock, and cried uncontrollably for 10 minutes, and was violently sick when I got home.Aftercare:This is confusing.The e-mailed PDF aftercare leaflet, the hard copy patient pack leaflet, and what the surgeon told me, all contradict each other on what you should do for the first 2 weeks following the treatment.Having mentioned this on the next day follow-up call, I was given a 4th set of instructions to follow, making things even more confusing.The follow up calls were brief, and made on loudspeaker, so it was as if I was being spoken with while they were busy doing something else, which made me feel it was inconvenient, rather than an important call.I mentioned that anaesthetic was refused during treatment, and was told that somebody would call me to discuss, but no call has been received to date.General:The e-mails received giving appointments are very misleading.Every e-mail I have received has stipulated a time, and a venue as "video conferencing", and a link to said video conference, however, only one of these has been an actual video call, and the rest have been phone calls made.On one occasion I spent 15 minutes waiting in the video conference room, to be told afterwards, that it was a call I was getting at anytime during the afternoon.I was offered a complimentary PRP treatment following the procedure, but they couldn't do this on any of the 3 days a week I'm available, so this has yet to happen.Prescriptions issued are charged at £12, but then the pharmacy charged another £43 to process the prescription for one month's worth of Finasteride tablets - Quick tip... get these on-line, as they are so much cheaper.Overall, I would say that the care given by the technicians, the aftercare information, and the general appointment system is poor and needs to be looked at by the clinic.UPDATE 8th August:Following my Trust Pilot review being posted, I received a phone call from the clinic, and they offered financial compensation for my issues, if I would remove the feedback.After careful consideration, I agreed and sent them what I believed to be a fair refund, based on my experiences.As of today, no reply has been received, even though I checked with them that my e-mail had been delivered.

HHC was great from start to finish. I had initially booked my procedure previously but due to some complications had to reschedule. Once being able to go ahead Dr Krishnan booked me in early because he knew I'd been waiting a while. The process was fully explained and my preferences taken into consideration. On the day everything from meals to medication to streaming services was provided. Dr Krishnan, Amrit and the whole team were very friendly and professional throughout.The cinic remains responsive post procedure and Vanessa has been great with quick replies since my procedure.

They won't try to wow you with all the lingo that a lot of hair transplant clinics will try to do. The clinic is relatively small and intimate, and the team they have around them all appear to work well together, like a family. I can not recommend this clinic enough for PRP hair treatments for women with hormonal and stress related hair loss. I had some temporary hair loss due to stress a couple of years ago, and whilst most has grown back in, i just felt that it wasn't quite back to where it was before. I've just finished my third treatment and my hairline is covered in baby hairs and noticeably further forward than where it was before - so I'm thrilled. Also feel the quality of my hair overall has already improved. I can't wait to see what happens over the next year as I continue with the treatments and will continue to enjoy going to this lovely clinic for appointments. Regina is an incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable and kind professional and found the same with my earlier consultation with Dr Ali. Thanks for providing such a wonderful and supportive service!

This is a brilliant clinic with very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated staff. I attended the clinic for an FUE procedure after seeing the excellent job they did with a friend of mine about two years ago. The WAW system they used on me is a cutting edge system. It's early days but my donor area has healed brilliantly and is virtually undetectable. The recipient area is equally excellent and the grafts have blended brilliantly into my existing hair to give a very natural early result. After less than two weeks I was completely healed and once my hair was shaved to blend in with my transplanted hairs the result was barely detectable. My own parents never even noticed! Their patient coordinator Kevin is a great guy. He is professional, knowledgeable, customer focussed and has looked after me very well throughout my entire journey. The aftercare has also been very good. Dr Ali and his team are brilliant at what they do. Dr Raja is a very well respected and skilled surgeon but he is also a great guy that put me at ease throughout the entire day. He is honest, friendly and very thorough with his work. His team including Phil and Haj were all brilliant and Phil could not do enough for me on the day. You get what you pay for in life and this was definitely an excellent experience. I now just wait patiently for the full results.

I am very pleased with the result of my FUT procedure. We discussed my requirements at the initial consultation and I have to say HHC have actually exceeded my expectations. The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease. The procedure is pretty much pain free and takes just a two or three hours. It takes a while to see the results. In 3 months you see the new growth but after 6 months you can start to style the new hair. I would recommend HHC if you are thinking of a hair transplant procedure.

My experience with Hillside Clinic has been a very positive one. I am early in my transition from male to female and I have been quite nervous about accessing various health services but from the start I was treated with kindness and respect by Hillside staff. I had a very open consultation with Dr Ali about my hair loss options; he asked me what I wanted to achieve, and he gave me a realistic expectation of results. In the end he advised against me having a transplant procedure, as I would probably not be able to get the result I wanted. I found his honesty very refreshing, he did not pressure me into having treatments which would not benefit me, and he even put me in contact with someone who provides hair systems, who then called me within 10 minutes of finishing with Dr Ali! My personal experience with hair was a daunting affair so I decided to do something about it and potentially restore my self esteem.After conducting a lot of research into Hair Transplants, Hillside hair clinic was on the top of my list to have the procedure done which was conveniently located in the midlands, when I arrived for my consultation the staff members were very well attired, polite and kind enough to offer me a drink whilst I wait, during my visit I was very impressed of the lay out and the cleanliness of the facility which gave the impression of patients in mind, during the consultation Dr Ali is a lovely man and certainly speaks with passion, explaining everything I needed to know about the FUE procedure and how it’s a more suitable option for me, satisfied I booked a confirmation date for the go ahead.On the day of the procedure I was a little nervous but excited at the same time, I was greeted by a lovely staff member called Faye who took a few details before my procedure taking my height and weight and was kind enough to show me through to the waiting area and took my lunch order, the level of professionalism was reassuring and placed me at ease before stepping into the hot seat.The surgeon Dr Ismail and his team of technicians did very well to look after me whilst I was having the procedure done, I felt very relaxed and felt no pain at all during the Hair Transplant the surgeon’s methods were very meticulous and informed me of every step he took, I understand the reason why Dr Ismail has an outstanding reputation. Halfway done, during my break my excitement grew as a basket of chocolate treats were waiting for me on a table which brought back a few nostalgic memories from child hood lol which I was recommended to eat to keep my blood sugars up. By the end of the procedure I was extremely satisfied with the outcome it wasn’t as invasive as I initially thought and there was little to no swelling. The surgeon was very helpful to explain and go through the important steps of taking the medication through a schedule and committing to the aftercare post procedure.One thing I’ve noticed about the advantages of having a Hair Transplant locally instead of abroad is that the level of aftercare is unmatched. I am currently going through the process now and the clinic keeps in regular contact with me to see how I’m feeling and to go through the various steps of washing to prevent any issues, they’re on hand 24,7 to assist any questions or concerns you may have.Overall I am extremely happy that I chose the service at Hillside Hair Clinic it’s an outstanding establishment with the staff and doctors to match, it does feel that this place thrives to look after it’s clients and ultimately combat your hair issues for good.I highly recommend Hillside Hair ClinicMany thanks for your hospitalityLuke

I have been attending Hillside Hair Clinic for the last 7 months. Initially I was advised I would be looking at a hair transplant as I had thinned quite a lot since university, but we would need to start on a course of prp before this. Being a dentist I already knew quite a bit about prp but I was not expecting such great results. Today after my 4th treatment I was advised I wouldn’t need a hair transplant as my hair has responded really well to prp. I am so incredibly happy with the service and result from hillside hair clinic I can’t recommend them enough. I will continue to need some prp to maintain the hair growth but it is still a lot cheaper than a hair transplant.

I recently had my second FUT Hair transplant at Hill Side Hair Clinic. Dr Ali and Regina the practise manage have both been exemplary in consultation and post-operative care, both having had 15 years’ experience in their field, they gave me all the support and advice that I needed throughout the whole process. Dr Ali and Regina’s primary objective had been in the aesthetics desired by myself.I wanted a lower hair line and my crown filled in as they were thinning out. I was advised by both them that a FUT would suit me better instead of an FUE as this would maximise the amount of grafts that they would be able to use to recreate my hair line and crown .Dr Ismail was my Surgeon on the day who was infect a nuro surgeon, he was the one now doing my hair transplant, he put me to ease straight away and I was now reassured that I was in safe hands.The Dr Then asked me what I wanted to achieve with my hair then I explained to hi, I realise the Dr was committed in helping me achieve the best look that I could for my hair So we decided to transplant the new hairs to create the perfect hair line to suit my face. Regina not only took me through the whole process step by step but crucially she listened to my concerns and was able to be open and honest about what we could achieve with my hair density. Not only this but she took pictures and shared them with Dr.Ali to reaffirm her view and he called me back within 48hours to discuss what would be the best course of action. I have had 3 procedures with Hillside. I was/am a-challenging case.I was unsure if I would be able to achieve any sort of worthwhile result. As expectations v reality need careful consideration.I did my research, had my consultations And performed due diligence as this was a big decision and an exciting journey I wished to start.And if plan on climbing Everest you’d pack thermals.I toyed with Turkey clinics who promised me great results,5star hotels, and great prices and deals/offers and special prices! But the reality has to be not just promises, great prices with everything thrown in or discounted. Not all that glitters is gold.It fatigued me but, Hillside stood out from the rest no pushy sales pitch, frieny, great advice, and a much needed reality check.By then had then done all my research and was in a position to make a decision and it was the right one then and still is after my 3rd op.From the receptionists who are lovely, Regina who is superb, friendly, approachable and always at end of the phone for when you have a worry or a question.The team right down from Dr Ali, who is on site and greets you and makes you feel like a VIP and realises the importance of the decisions and wants to provide a ‘boutique’ experience.And the surgical team who are super friendly and show such professionalism and courtesy.But it’s not just the procedure, its the pre op, the post op care that makes the difference.Your not just a patient, your a person and an individual.If you are in any doubt, don’t be, you get what you pay for and with Hillside it’s worth every penny.I’m happy to provide my email if anyone wanted to know more
