I had an FUE in summer 2025 due to my vanished crown. Dr Mamontova was excellent, put me at ease, discussed what would be best for me and ended up doing a fantastic job. 5 months later the hair has grown back perfectly even all over and I can't believe what a great job has been done. The whole staff were super sympathetic and helpful and the clinic itself was inviting and clean. I did have some issues to begin with on the admin side - they promised me a certain cancellation date (which cost less) and then changed the day so I had to pay more. I write this though not as a criticism but because when I pointed this out, they could not have been more apologetic and offered me a couple of free plasma injection courses to make up for it which was good of them. The only niggle I really had was that the whatsapp chats I instigated were mostly ignored (the staff member who gave me her whatsapp number went on holiday the next day!) so its hard to see why they bother with it - I phoned instead and got straight through every time. The staff were super-helpful on the phone and all very knowledgeable. I was stressed about my loss of hair for years but they sorted it in one afternoon so guys - if you are contemplating having a transplant - don't wait! Call them and get something done about it! 5 stars.

My veins had got very bad with an enormous hanging clump on inside of my knee..I was embarrassed about my legs..a friend recommended Dr Goode at Stapleford to me..I plucked up the courage and saw him..I am EXTREMELY pleased with the results he has given me..no more unsightly hanging veins ! Very disappointed with the final results !!I had my first hair transplant back in 2023 at Hshc in Nottingham having 1500 grafts to the front of my head . My Initial consultation with Keven was brilliant Provided me with loads of information, and made the process nice and easy. On the day of the procedure all the staff were lovely very helpful and really did go above and beyond. I Can’t fault that side of it at all. After 10 months I contacted the clinic as I was very disappointed with the final results. I went back to Nottingham for a consultation and it was agreed to have a top up as it was very thin and patchy, free of cost which I thought was a very good of them. I’m almost 12 months after my second op now so probably the final results. And I’m very disappointed. The graft area is still extremely thin patchy and the hairs that have grown are like baby hairs and just stick up and are curly and do not blend in with my natural hair at all. It has made me very conscious about how my hair looks and I think it looks even worse than it did before I had the operation so now I have to shave my hair all the time.Over all the staff are lovely and do go above and beyond but given I paid twice as much as other places had quoted I don’t think that’s reflected in the Final results, unfortunately.

For anyone thinking about a hair transplant I would definitely recommend contacting HHC Clinics.I was pretty nervous on the day but that soon subsided once the procedure was underway. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and I was able to chat away with Dr Bauer the whole time whilst she and her assistant worked on my hair. It might sound a little strange to say that I had a really good time whilst being operated on, but they were both so nice and we had such great conversation throughout the two days that most of the time I felt more like I was at the barbers having my hair cut than, well... at the clinic having my hair "cut".When I wasn't in the surgery room I was being looked after by the lovely Kat (who had also been my liaison leading up to the procedure). When ever I would phone up with a question or a request (such as changing a booking or dos and donts post op) Kat would promptly sort things out for me. On the day I arrived Kat was there to greet me and was very attentive throughout the day, ensuring I had enough food and drinks and that I was comfortable. She even went out to pick up a prescription for me which I was extremely grateful for!A hair transplant is a serious decision that should not be taken lightly. At times it is painful (anaesthetic needles) and afterwards there is quite a bit of pain for a day or two (as well as swelling which reduces the ability to move your forehead... try not to laugh too much - ouch!!) but if you have done your research and are determined to have it done then there surely is no better place than HHC Clinics in Nottingham! Dr Bauer and her team are professional, caring and just as importantly; an enjoyable team of people to be around for 10 - 15 hours :)

I had my hair transplant with HHC just over 4 months ago and my results so far have been really good. Fair to say I’m a fast grower, the new hairs aren’t meant to come through until 12 weeks, but mine had already come through by then, and since I’ve just had more density growth.The clinic were very informative from my first consultation and gave me honest expectations and tips. They were also very understanding when I had to change my HT procedure last minute due to my medical condition.I would say that my only ‘negative’ is that after the first couple of weeks post HT, I haven’t really heard from the clinic on how I’m doing, my progress or if I need any advice etc. I’d suggest they continue the aftercare for longer than 2 weeks post HT in the future. I haven’t actually needed any of the above, but it would have been nice to have been contacted.All in all, a good experience with great results!

What a fantastic experience, so friendly and professional. There is not one bad thing about this whole procedure. Doctor T and her team made everything seem so easy. They were open to all questions and comprehensive in their responses. No question went unanswered, and delivered with enthusiasm, which was infectious. The 7 plus hours seemed like 30 minutes.This review is after only 5 days, so the test will be the next 9 months or so, when the results will be seen. The confidence and professionalism that was shown throughout the day leave me with absolute confidence of a successful end result. However I know that if there is a problem this team will sort it out, 100%.If anyone reading this is worried about the pain, don't be, on a scale of one to 10, I would struggle to say one, and that's only because of a slight headache and soreness on the scalp. A few pin pricks at the start and then before you know it it's over - lay back and enjoy!!TY Doctor T and your great team.

I had my EVLA and foam sclerotherapy procedure on Friday, September 5th. The procedure was supposed to last 90 minutes, but it took less time because Dr Goode ran out of supplies to continue the procedure. I wasn't very happy about this situation because I paid for a 90-minute treatment, and it didn't happen. My varicose veins weren't completely treated. However, the price of the procedure is reasonable compared to other clinics. I can't comment on the results yet because it's still too early, but I can say that I haven't felt much pain and am still wearing compression stockings. The staff, especially Katarina, is very friendly and helpful.

I'm afraid Hillside Hair Clinic may have closed down. I've been calling each afternoon for 3 days running and no one answers the phone, there is no answerphone message and no voicemail facility so I can only conclude they have permanently closed. Thankfully I have managed to secure an appointment at Este in West Bridgford, they answered the phone first time and seem very reliable & knowledgeable. It's such a shame about HHC, they WERE just on my doorstep & very good but sadly it's a sign of the times.

I had dithered for several years about getting my varicose veins treated and did a bit of research,but never took it any further.Whilst on holiday in Thailand in January I got talking to a lady from Derby who was on the same boat trip as me.We got chatting about varicose veins and I was amazed when she told me that she used to have them(her legs looked amazing)She showed me before photos and told me where she’d had them treated and highly recommended the clinic.On my return and after a bit more dithering I contacted the clinic.From the outset everyone I’ve dealt with from the receptionists to my lovely consultant Dr Steven Goode and equally lovely nurse Victoria has been friendly,polite and extremely professional.Everything was explained clearly to me,I’ve had laser and foam treatment in both legs and the results are absolutely amazing.I have been on holiday and worn shorts in public for the first time in 20 years! First of all I must say 'Excellent Results' my lifestyle is now pain free and not one varicose vein to be seen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A warm welcoming atmosphere. The whole team were highly professional. Very modern equipment. Latest technology. Dr Goode is highly trained and very experienced. He carried out a detailed examination of both legs explaining the procedure that was needed which was Foam Sclerotherapy and EVLA. After the procedure support stocking needed to be worn to help with the healing process. I did find them uncomfortable but manageable I just kept focused on the end results. After removing the stockings I could see a vast improvement in the appearance of my legs even though there were a few bruises which I expected. Not forgetting Vicky; she was supportive throughout the whole time. Kind and reassuring. Both Dr Goode and Vicky together put you at ease. The aftercare: excellent, a mobile number given to you as a direct contact to Vicky. At my follow up appointment Microsclerotherpy was needed to tidy up a few fine thread veins. So hence the first line of this review Excellent Results. Yes I would recommend ones with painful, problematic varicose veins to book an appointment. Thank you Dr Goode and the rest of the team. I had PRP therapy few years back in 2018 or 20I9 believe. I paid £300 each time and did 3 times but didn't work at all. Then I was offered a free session as well. My hair got thinner and thinner didn't work at all. Therefore I donot recommend PRP at all. Staff was nice. I spoke to Regina and Dr.Ali. They were nice but it didn't help me at all. Looking for transplant but still have doubts. Is hair transplant really working? Can someone give me your honest opion about hair transplant and the reputation of this place please?

There’s no hard sell they actually advised me to hold off on a transplant straight away and try other treatments to improve my hair then go from there. It made a big difference in helping me feel confident and positive about going ahead with treatment.Having done my homework and had a few consultations prior to treatment (one costing £75 in Leicester — IK Clinics, with a deemed regarded surgeon — that turned out to be quite rude and unprofessional, looking at her phone messaging with clients, no saying thank you or bye or holding the door as we left, and basically took my money with no follow-up!), I was so happy to have had had the experience with Hillside and the team. I instantly knew I was in the best hands.I had an FUE frontal and mid-scalp hair transplant of approximately 2100 grafts, in March 2025. The op went smoothly over around 8 hours (so be prepared for a full day). Dr. Kunnure and his team (Amrit, Julie, and Bex) were amazing and kept me safe with a high blood pressure concern. Injections were tolerable to numb areas, so if you're worried or apprehensive, honestly, don't be. Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy.Post-care Kimberley and Kat have been the best! I did swell quite a bit with my forehead and my face, which lasted a good week, and the donor area has been sore (but all expected and advised may happen, so I was prepared).Continuing my recovery 5 weeks on, all's well, happy with the new hairline, and can't wait to see the results. I visited HHC vein clinic some time in June for a scan on my legs to see if I had any varicose veins. It turns out I did and was treated in August 2024, had my follow up in October and everything went really well. I've come again subsequently for a routine scan to check my veins are okay after an operation I had on my legs.Dr Goode, Vikki and the team and extremely helpful, forthcoming and professional with everything regarding treatment, after-care advice and any other additional information you might need after the procedure. My experience has been great and you can rely on receiving really good treatment and follow-up from the team.Would recommend to anyone who needs their veins scanned or treated.

I've had numerous visits to the HHC in Nottingham, for both PRP and Aqualyx treatments, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. From the moment you walk in to the minute you leave, the whole team are welcoming, friendly and professional. Going into a clinic like this can sometimes be daunting, but there's really no need to worry in the slightest when you have an appointment here. The PRP has undoubtedly strengthened my hair and the Aqualyx has been fantastic in targeting those annoying little pockets of fat that many of us struggle to get rid of. Although this process has taken 10 weeks to be completely sorted, it hasn't stopped me from walking around at any time. I did have to curtail my hobbies, horse riding and yoga for the first 4 weeks, but I've been able to and in fact expressly instructed to walk daily to ensure the healing process works, much to the delight of my dogs . The pain came and went, depending on which part of my leg was healing, but any pain I experienced was minimal and I didn't need painkillers until 6 weeks when I developed phlebitis, but again within a day of taking ibuprofen, the pain was minimal. My leg went from looking like a mountain relief map to a perfectly smooth and normal leg!! Hopefully next year we will have a summer where I won't be embarrassed getting my pins out!! HHC vein clinic were professional and friendly, putting me at ease during all appointments, from the initial assessment to the final sign off. So pleased I plucked up the courage to go ahead and have it done. 😁

I couldn't rate Dr. Kunnure highly enough. He went above and beyond to ensure my safety was the top priority. During my cardiac treatment, he stayed in constant contact to ensure it was safe to proceed. With guidance from my consultant, he made adjustments to the injections to eliminate any risks. He was perfect at administering local anesthetic, ensuring I felt no pain at all. He was very friendly and performed a flawless hair transplant.The technicians were also friendly and engaging, making conversation with everyone throughout the procedure.My hair transplant took 8 hours, but I didn't even need Netflix or headphones. Everything was very fast and finished before I knew it.After months of research on where to go and which doctor to use, I'm glad I chose Dr. Kunnure and his team.Reception staff are also very friendly and attentive to both myself and my family who come down to take me home.

Very professional, genuine consultative service and actually recommend the best solution for me and took the time to explain why (not just the most expensive solution). Highly recommend for anyone considering a transplant as they were excellent every step of the way, and I am very happy with the result. I was considering going abroad for the cost saving but seeing some transplants online (hairlines too low and straight, max grafts and then the original hairline recedes further with no more donor hairs left) I am very, very glad I didn’t. The result looks natural and is a big improvement on the before with only 1500 grafts, with plenty of donor area left should I need in the future.

Sami, who has been doing post treatment prp hair and facial for the last few years , has fantastic experience and knowledge and puts you so at ease during your treatment., she also has fantastic knowlage on key suppliment advice some of which I have used to great effect . I live in Leeds and travel to Nottingham for the aftercare . 7 days post FUE currently. I was very nervous prior to the procedure due to an irrational fear of needles, despite having been reassured by Dr Kunnure that it's over very quickly and is painless. I was greeted by Brandon who was the technician for the procedure and while he was prepping, had a chat with Dr Kunnure who drew the new hairline and talked me through the procedure. I can honestly say, both Dr Kunnure and Brandon were absolutely second to none throughout the entire procedure. The procedure was painless, comfortable and as a team they were extremely friendly and professionalIt took a lot of research and years of contemplating to finally decide to get the procedure done and where to go, but I couldn't be happier with the procedure on the day and the aftercare up until now, Saffia has been nothing short of fantastic in answering any questions I've had and checks in every few days to make sure all is well.Still a way to go until the final results so will update this review once we're there but I know reviews played a big part in my decision making so here's hoping this helps anyone who's currently deciding which clinic to use. I’m a month on from my procedure and I couldn’t be any happier. From day one meeting Kevin in Bristol, he was very helpful and very knowledgable. Put me at ease for what I was after. We then booked a date for procedure but I had to change due to a wedding. But that wasn’t a problem and managed to fit me in a month later. Overall from setting up finance to dealing with the whole team in Nottingham they were very helpful and kind. At arrival at the clinic on the day of procedure. All staff were very inviting and kind. That followed through the whole day. I arrived at lunch time and all was set to get going and start extraction of the hair as the new hair line was agreed and drawn. I was very happy with the surgeon as he explained everything very thoroughly as to what and why he was doing everything. We had a small break between extraction and implant which lunch was all prepared for me. All the small things have been thought of. The whole process is smooth, professional and mainly pain free. At multiple times I was asked if I was comfortable and ok. This is a simple thing but for people having this procedure and someone who has been worrying about it for months makes a huge difference. They do this every day but still have the thought for customer and patient care first. Would one hundred percent recommend HHC and if anyone is thinking about having treatment done don’t hold back get in touch. I’m a month in and I’m already happier with my hair line. It really does change your confidence within yourself. Very very happy. Looking forward to months and months of hair growth from my new hairline.

Unfortunately I'm only able to rate my experience 3 stars - hair transplant procedure done July 4th 2022.The staff are very friendly and I believe the procedure on the day was done professionally to a high standard, however I have had low density in my results, no feedback on my results & a painful procedure.My results at 12 months look as though I have diffused thinning and is lacking in density on the hairline.I have contacted the clinic on multiple occasions, at 8 months post hair transplant, 9 months, & at 12 months, with photos asking for further feedback & advice on another procedure to increase density, however I have had no response to my requests.The procedure itself was done using the DHI Choi pen technique which involved using a device that is placed into the incisions on the scalp to place the hair grafts more securely. I found the technique to be painful and even more so near the end due to the long length of the procedure.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the team at HHCI spent a huge 9 years researching the Fue procedure and clinics, both home and abroad. I can say with confidence my research paid off.From my initial consultation with Dr Ali, to my procedure with Dr Kannure the whole process left me eternally grateful.My first impressions were how spotless the clinic is, how the staff are able, somehow to put patients at ease. Even when we are at our most vulnerable. They get it.The day of the procedure I was terrified, not sure what to expect. However my mind was put at ease immediately, a few injections and I can honestly say it was painless. In fact I spent most of the time watching Friends on Netflix while dr Kannure performed his work.I’m only 2 weeks post Fue so too early to talk about results, but I’m stunned to see all the new hairs growing. I do, of course understand these may well go into a rest phase. But it has shown me how the new hairline will be and it’s more than I could have expected.Finally I just have to mention Saffia. The level of care, pre and post procedure was unique. Saffia still contacts me every few days checking in, this lady is passionate and at the top of her game. I hate having to leave a bad review, but in this instance, feel like there is no option, so other people know what to expect from HHC Stapleford.Pre-Treatment:The consultation with Kevin was good, although the link for the video conferencing wouldn't work, so we had to chat via WhatsApp.He explained briefly how the procedure would work, and what results to expect.Treatment Day:The clinic was clean and professional on first appearance, with the reception staff pleasant and polite.Unfortunately there were no theatre gowns to fit me (they only go up to XL), so I had to wear something the wrong way round, which was uncomfortable throughout the day, and was embarrassing.The WC is tiny, and you almost touch your shoulders on each wall as you walk in, so trying to get changed, or use the loo is a struggle.The technicians arrived first, and although polite, were not in the mood for a chat, and were quite reluctant to engage in conversation.The surgeon arrived an hour after I did, and we decided on a new hairline.The procedure itself is very uncomfortable, having to lie on your front for 90 minutes, and anaesthetic injections into the scalp while taking donor follicles.But it got worse when the follicles were transplanted, as the anaesthetic wore off, and although I asked for more, was refused by the technician, meaning the final 45 minutes of the procedure was absolute agony.So much, that when it was all done, and I got in the car to be taken home, I was in shock, and cried uncontrollably for 10 minutes, and was violently sick when I got home.Aftercare:This is confusing.The e-mailed PDF aftercare leaflet, the hard copy patient pack leaflet, and what the surgeon told me, all contradict each other on what you should do for the first 2 weeks following the treatment.Having mentioned this on the next day follow-up call, I was given a 4th set of instructions to follow, making things even more confusing.The follow up calls were brief, and made on loudspeaker, so it was as if I was being spoken with while they were busy doing something else, which made me feel it was inconvenient, rather than an important call.I mentioned that anaesthetic was refused during treatment, and was told that somebody would call me to discuss, but no call has been received to date.General:The e-mails received giving appointments are very misleading.Every e-mail I have received has stipulated a time, and a venue as "video conferencing", and a link to said video conference, however, only one of these has been an actual video call, and the rest have been phone calls made.On one occasion I spent 15 minutes waiting in the video conference room, to be told afterwards, that it was a call I was getting at anytime during the afternoon.I was offered a complimentary PRP treatment following the procedure, but they couldn't do this on any of the 3 days a week I'm available, so this has yet to happen.Prescriptions issued are charged at £12, but then the pharmacy charged another £43 to process the prescription for one month's worth of Finasteride tablets - Quick tip... get these on-line, as they are so much cheaper.Overall, I would say that the care given by the technicians, the aftercare information, and the general appointment system is poor and needs to be looked at by the clinic.UPDATE 8th August:Following my Trust Pilot review being posted, I received a phone call from the clinic, and they offered financial compensation for my issues, if I would remove the feedback.After careful consideration, I agreed and sent them what I believed to be a fair refund, based on my experiences.As of today, no reply has been received, even though I checked with them that my e-mail had been delivered.

I can not recommend this clinic enough for PRP hair treatments for women with hormonal and stress related hair loss. I had some temporary hair loss due to stress a couple of years ago, and whilst most has grown back in, i just felt that it wasn't quite back to where it was before. I've just finished my third treatment and my hairline is covered in baby hairs and noticeably further forward than where it was before - so I'm thrilled. Also feel the quality of my hair overall has already improved. I can't wait to see what happens over the next year as I continue with the treatments and will continue to enjoy going to this lovely clinic for appointments. This is a brilliant clinic with very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated staff. I attended the clinic for an FUE procedure after seeing the excellent job they did with a friend of mine about two years ago. The WAW system they used on me is a cutting edge system. It's early days but my donor area has healed brilliantly and is virtually undetectable. The recipient area is equally excellent and the grafts have blended brilliantly into my existing hair to give a very natural early result. After less than two weeks I was completely healed and once my hair was shaved to blend in with my transplanted hairs the result was barely detectable. My own parents never even noticed! Their patient coordinator Kevin is a great guy. He is professional, knowledgeable, customer focussed and has looked after me very well throughout my entire journey. The aftercare has also been very good. Dr Ali and his team are brilliant at what they do. Dr Raja is a very well respected and skilled surgeon but he is also a great guy that put me at ease throughout the entire day. He is honest, friendly and very thorough with his work. His team including Phil and Haj were all brilliant and Phil could not do enough for me on the day. You get what you pay for in life and this was definitely an excellent experience. I now just wait patiently for the full results.
